The boots themselves are a great quality leather, that are very cool and intimidating. The only problem I have with them is that they are too small for me. I mistakenly ordered a size 10.5 which are the same size as my regular shoes, but I forgot like a dumbass that boot sizes are not the same. So I have a pair of boots that I can’t even get past the ankle to put on, because I’m a size 12 boot not 10.5 my mistake not the people who I ordered them from. I tried calling 3 times the 2 different phone numbers but they are not working and emailed 5 times to try and arrange an exchange for either my correct size or a different pair of boots. I ordered a different pair of boots from them that are the correct size. But still no response from them other than this review request. They have great boots and they are very good quality for the price. Plus free shipping! Everyone else charges double what they are charging and you have to pay extra for shipping. Just make sure you order the right size and be patient, both my boots arrived a day earlier than the posted delivery date. Overall very good boots and good shipping, the only thing that is missing is better customer service.
