I purchased a pair of boots and the first time I put them on they came apart. I have been trying to get in touch with your company for a refund but no one has responded to my text messages, emails and your phone is out of service. This is not a good way to run a business. I am going to post this product on Facebook and everywhere else I can. Customers should know what kind of company they are dealing with.

Bought these for my twin 5 yr old granddaughters. They were so excited and wore them in the house for a couple hours . Both pairs of boots cracked and peeled around the front where the foot bends and the toe areas are the same. I’m so disappointed. When I suggested I send them back the girls were in tears . I’d love to send pictures but don’t see anywhere to load them. What a disappointment. Would not recommend buying these boots !!
