Your FedEx or DHL tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also get your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under My Account tab on the top of the page. You only need to sign up once, for future orders just remember your e-mail address and password. You don't need to sign up again. Just login to your account to place additional orders, get tracking numbers, and invoice(s).

Cancelling / Forwarding Orders
MyLeather.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. Customers will be charged a fee of $5-$10 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carrier. Due to or volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts, please call to cancel any orders within 1-12 hours, however we cannot promise we will be able to locate and cancel your package. There will be a $10 charges for all cancelled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment.
